Our Traditional Kudu Whole Pieces are made from 100 % free-range South African kudu – one of the leanest and most sought-after game meats for biltong. We take only the best silverside, marinate it in vinegar and salt, coat it generously with toasted coriander, cracked black pepper and a hint of clove, then slowly air-dry it into beautiful whole sticks.
Because it’s sold unsliced, you get to cut it exactly how you like it – paper-thin for maximum flavour or thick and chunky for chewing satisfaction – right when you’re ready to eat. The result is an incredibly rich, dark, wild-game biltong that’s virtually fat-free, sky-high in protein, zero carbs, gluten-free, and contains no added MSG.
