Description
Our Traditional Kudu Biltong is made from free-range South African kudu – one of the most prized game meats for biltong. Naturally very lean (even lower in fat than beef), with a deep, rich game flavour that pairs perfectly with the classic South African spices.
We use only prime kudu silverside, marinate it in vinegar, salt and toasted coriander, add a generous cracking of black pepper and a hint of clove, then slowly air-dry it to perfection. The result is a dark, intensely flavoured biltong that is soft-yet-firm, incredibly high in protein, virtually fat-free, and 100 % natural.
No added MSG, gluten-free, zero carbs – this is game biltong at its very best.
